"Very user-friendly and has most features that a CRM needs"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The interface is very user-friendly and with the premium account you can customize the accounts, contacts, dashboards, etc quite easily. There's also a good mass-import option and it's easy to keep track of different interactions with contacts. There is a good number of premade templates for dashboards and reports and it's easy to make new ones with your own criteria.
