What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM has simplified the way we manage our operations team. This solution has saved us money and made it easier to get a new business. I think it's great that the operations team brings all our important resources together in one location. All these sources can be used in one application or one website This is very useful.

"Very user-friendly and has most features that a CRM needs"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The interface is very user-friendly and with the premium account you can customize the accounts, contacts, dashboards, etc quite easily. There's also a good mass-import option and it's easy to keep track of different interactions with contacts. There is a good number of premade templates for dashboards and reports and it's easy to make new ones with your own criteria.
