"Not the easiest software to use, but useful none the less"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho customer relations management has some great features, but it is not the most user friendly software. It was great for recording data about when calls were made and notes about a call. It was also great for scheduling future tasks. There was a lot to learn about using the software and I don't think I was able to fully learn everything it could do.
