What do you like best about Zoho CRM? User interface is modern and pages generally load quickly. The basic version is free, while enterprise is signficantly cheaper than behemoth CRM players like Salesforce.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love the fact that you can highlight calls made to prospects and add a follow on action. You can Intergence app like mail chimp to the software and it will appear in notes etc.
