"Flexible CRM in terms of design and connectivity with other apps"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is very flexible and customizable in creating and modifying fields and modules. Creating reports is also very easy and helpful with the way the tables are related to each other. The different territories made it easy to manage different areas of the company within the same CRM (although this required caution in creating duplicate accounts)

"Affordable and Robust CRM"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that for the price, Zoho gives you pretty much everything you need in a CRM. Obviously, if you want to upgrade and integrate Zoho into all of your processes it will cost more, but the standard tier is pretty robust. I was impressed with how simple it is to use and pretty customizable.
