What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I am using the Zoho CRM from 4 years and I am happy with it's easy and user friendly interface. I can easily save the every communication about my client's. It also gives me a freedom to setup a calender for my scheduled calls and meeting.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Price, integration and customization makes Zoho CRM a good all-in-one solution for a small business like mine. The free plan allowed me to start and test my business idea without paying a single dime, and I'm really grateful for that.
