"Interesting software for client management"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I liked that once we had all of a businesses information it was kept in the system an was somewhat easy to access. I also enjoyed that it kept track of all customer interactions - if logged by the person accessing the information.

"Great for project management and Service Request Management"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? This program allows for our team to effectively manage and work alongside one another on multiple projects. This allows for many fields to be customized and filtered so that management of workload can be specific to the individual. Additionally, we use this to house & work service inquiries - which has been great to manage where in the process each case is & ensure they are moving thru effectively.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is an online software that has a lot of features, I can easily automate tasks, I can schedule notifications, it also has excellent features to maintain direct contact with potential customers, in addition to this it has very good options to generate data analysis and reports.
