What do you like best about Zoho CRM? "All in CRM tool of zoho"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? simplicity of the tool is that it is easy to manage and migrate all our previous CRM data without any loss of data. and automation part is very good to trigger basic CRM mails and follows ups without any human intervention.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Live support. Live notifications. Best usability in this price range. Setting-up many email aliases and using them separately. Admin e-commerce transactions is very easy and ubiquitous.

Great tool

PROS: I like everything that came with Zoho. It's user-friendly and data can easily be uploaded from Excel. Great design layout. Simple in including fields to a contact/account/leads and etc... Search, contact filters, and targeted e-mail lists and communication are also easy.

"Zoho is solid CRM but so many features is becomes confusing"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Ability to enter in a lot of data into Contact records and create custom fields in CRM. You can also display the data in these custom fields on different screens on the application. You can also set them to be Required fields so the user has to complete the entry of data into the field in order for it to be 'saved'.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is more complex than any other CRM tools. It is definitely an all-in-one platform for every aspect of your company. The wide range of services starts from HR management toll until Marketing email automatization.

"Bigin of Zoho CRM User - Very Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? We use Bigin, a new application that is part of Zoho CRM. We chose it because we are a small business, and it is economical, simple and straight-forward. Though there are some aspects that are lacking, we have been able to make Bigin work for us very well as we start to amp up lead generation. Eventually we plan on sizing up to Zoho CRM.
