What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho has a simple and easy to use interface compared to other software. The platform is in the cloud which means that it does not take up space on servers, only an internet connection is required. What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is a great software tool for compiling together the customer leads across the 9 regional offices our company has. It makes it easy for our executive team to not only track the status of those leads, but to compile spreadsheet versions of the leads to be shared with upper management.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM offers complete solution for CRM and sales-marketing problems. And the best feature is that its all online and completely integrated! There is an Outlook integration plug-in which is really brilliant. It saves so much time and keeps track of contacts so that we don't have to. Running campaigns, monitoring the progress is all made easy.
