Opportunities with it are limitless.
PROS: Zoho CRM is giving me full customization. This helps cater to my company's needs. It's a platform that allows me to be innovative and expand with very small restrictions. Affordable for any small-scale business. It gives the chance to compete head on with the bigger competition.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is highly customizable, which was perfect for our unique company workflow. It also has an intuitive user interface. It was easy for me, the admin, to set up and is easy for my team members to use.

"Powerful CRM with customizable needs."
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is quite user-friendly and has the best tools to get started based on the needs of my company and clients. I like how effective it is when it comes to sorting out customers based on the data provided and use the calendar to then schedule any meeting, and importing data from emails is easy and automated.

"Fantastic Free CRM For Growing Businesses"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I have been using Zoho for my startup company for years now, and I've never had an issue. My favorite tool is the ability to add new email accounts. Not that my company is growing, I am getting ready to transfer to a paid plan. They gave me free service for my business email for years now. I didn't send tons of emails but being able to create quite a few emails with my domain is just incredible. I hope they don't remove the free feature because I would ...

"Zoho CRM is a game changer"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? All the tasks that I do are on CRM. I feel it is better than salesforce. I can send mail. Map previous emails that's send to leads. Search my leads and prospects very easily. I can track the actions of my clients on the e-mails. If they have opened/read or clicked.
