"A basic CRM and Communications platform, do your research!"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Probably that it's an all-in-one solution but that's about it. But all the features you get with it are pretty basic and clunky with zero customer insight or profile building.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? That there are a lot of standard fields. Also that they are very customizable; you can customize what is required and not, auto-fill items, mandatory fields, and non-mandatory fields. You can do quotes through the system and have inventory items. Having all this in 1 place makes it a great product.
