What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The ease of setup and implementation was a huge component for our decision to select Zoho CRM. We switched off of a lighter weight CRM and were up and running with our existing data by noon on the first day.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The best thing about Zoho is it is very easy to use for someone who has never used any CRM software before. And the flow for everything including leads, conversion, etc is really helpful.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It has everything that a CRM must have. User access is simple, each stage of sales has been defined, very convenient to directly update the leads, contacts and deals through Outlook.
