"all in one place"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? that it has cross functional abilities all in one place. It has the ability to store contacts, document a leads journey across many platforms, you can run social media reports, you can run analytic reports, you can push social media content and also schedule it within zoho. the email capaign side of things is really easy. Also the ability to assign rights to certain users is really easy also.

"Zoho CRM and Struggles with it"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is a really flexible and useful CRM. There is a lot that can be developed and tailored to your business experience and how your sales and other teams function. I have operated only on full subscription so can tell solely about the CRM and entire zoho ecosystem working together. However, the latter needs large improvement.
