What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like the fact that the tool is easy to use, it's much cheaper alternative to Salesforce CRM for sure. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The program takes about half an hour to learn and is fairly intuitive. Manages thousands of records and leads, makes them easy to retrieve, filter, and use to create lists.
