What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The Best thing about ZOHO CRM is that it's very user-friendly and very convenient for small-scale or mid-scale companies as it provides every facility for employers to store data of their respective employees. The Best part is that it allows excellent security features also like MFA. They have their Authenticator app, which helps employers to keep their data safe

The Best thing about ZOHO CRM is that it's very user-friendly and very convenient for small-scale or mid-scale companies as it provides every facility for employers to store data of their respective employees. "Good enough for small companies"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I appreciate the simplicity of zoho CRM. It's very easy to build reports and to navigate between deals. The deal portion is the best part of the CRM.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I only have experience working with ZoHo for small to medium-sized businesses, but I can't say enough good things about the whole ZoHo platform, including their CRM. The CRM side of things is free for the most part considering what the size of a database would be for small/medium sized companies.
