"Great CRM and lead management tool"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I began using Zoho CRM in a previous company and really liked its lead management features, especially how easily you can link your customer activity with their contact info, keep track of tasks, reminders, calls, upload files and contracts in order to keep a detailed history of the entire customer management journey. Really great tool!

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love that this is an all-in-one solution of heavy-hitting use. It does not lightly dabble in CRM or Marketing execution. This is the real deal and from a value perspective its the best.

Flexible with great features and price to fit our needs

PROS: Zoho CRM has been very flexible for our needs. Its attributes and pricing was a great fit. It also excels in integration, like its mail integration which was a huge plus for us. Its support team is the best out there.
