What do you like best about Zoho CRM? 100% cloud solution: no deployment, no install, no patches. You just register, log in and use it. For simple small companies that are starting that is all you need.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Pricing is lower than Salesforce. It has a couple really useful features like tagging / commenting other users and filtering through leads.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love the user interface of Zoho CRM. All the menus items are placed neatly on the front page; hence it is very convenient to find whatever option you are looking for, unlike other CRMs in which you sometimes have to dive in to see a feature.
