Simple but with a great set of features for sales management
PROS: This tool is very simple and has an exhaustive set of features such as for lead management, allowing a salesperson to keep the track of all his leads. It also has a great dashboard that provides detailed and beautiful analytics, as well as integration with other applications like MailChimp, Google Apps, etc.

"No better value for the money!"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is infinitely customizable. It does everything that Salesforce could ever do for a fraction of the cost. I am able to run my entire agency in the Zoho ecosystem for $45 per user per month. AMAZING price for everything it does.

Extremely efficient and organized for our setup
PROS: Once the system is set up, it is extremely efficient. It has space and labels for every field we need, and is very user friendly on both import and export.
