What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The simplicity to manage sales funnel, not much customization required. Many other connected apps like ZOHO invoice etc. make it a complete suit of all features required to run a business efficiently.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I liked the flexible trial. I could use the free version, test out one of the packages, move back to free and try another. I was not forced to try any certain package so I could try them from small to large until I found the right one. I finally found one that would bring in all my email and customize the CRM to fit my business rather than try to fit my business into the CRM

PROS: Zoho offers affordable pricing for the features offered. It is also a clean which makes it easy to use. The best part though is the integration it offers with the Zoho suite of products.
