"Fully Functional and Integrated System"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is cost effective and fully integrates into my Google Suite (calendar, mail, etc). All information flows in either a 2-way or 1-way synch, depending on my personal needs. It also integrates with our in-house portal, which houses partner information. Reports are easy to run and save as well as filter based on specific needs.
