What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I think it is easy to use and implement, it also has a lot of plugins that will make it more powerful, its own code (deluge) which you can use in case you are not able to find the plugin required for what you need, also it can be integrated with most systems

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? My favorite thing about Zoho CRM is the mobile app. I won't touch apps or services that don't have an excellent mobile app. I also like how web 2.0 the website is. It is regularly being updated and refreshed.

"An ok package for what it's worth"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The interface for Zoho CRM is really clean and user-friendly. Additionally, the drag and drop interface to move deals from stage to stage is easy to use. One of the best features of this CRM is the email parser. We have several single-page landing pages, and it is nice to send in the contact us pages directly into the CRM from the form.
