Maybe it's just because we'd never had a true CRM or sales process before we adoped Zoho, but we've been pleasantly surprised with how powerful and flexible it is. "Did not use for long time but liked the software"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho felt a lot easier to understand than other bigger CRMs like Salesforce. It felt more straightforward to get it to do what I wanted.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I think the best part of Zoho is that it is so easy to use, user friendly and you don't need to be a software engineer or something like that to build a "simple" environment.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love the fact that games can be connected to daily work. Competition drives the results. And Zoho Motivator links all the performance data to monthly, weekly, daily games, and it is engaging for employees.
