What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Coming from a nontech background, this CRM is more efficient to me as it requires no coding knowledge or any developer to do any minor changes on the platform. I can easily play with its interface and is very efficient in managing as many accounts as needed and also helps in detailed reporting
