What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The return on investment and the cost to benefit ratio of ZOHO CRM is unmatched. It has just enough features required to run the sales and marketing division of a small to medium b2b/b2c business without incurring huge cost. It's extremely easy to use and the learning curve for new sales people is usually no longer than a couple of weeks if they use it daily.
