What do you like best about Zoho CRM? If you are looking for simple, off the shelf instant satisfaction, maybe ZOHO CRM is not for you. If you have time to do just a little bit of work on the front end, ZOHO has created a wonderfully customizable solution. I have found their support team to be quite intuitive and they continue to improve the product. THIS CRM, after just a little work, finally achieved full "buy in" from our sales team

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I've been using ZOHO crm for about 3 years and overall it has been great. I like the easy user interface, especially in regards to the administrative setup. I can easily create new fields and layouts as needed. I've used other crm database software platforms such as SAGE ACT! and ZOHO crm is much easier to use. What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Regardless how good the CRM is, it's only as good as the support behind it. When I call there, i'm immediately forwarded to a call centre in India. One thing that I will note is that when you're learning, creating and implementing a new system, a language barrier is horrendous.
