What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Quite easy to navigate and use the various parts. We push the boundaries of fields though need more than 110.....when will we get the 300 promised?

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The ability to have things linked and together. If I have a "potential client" we can easy convert it in an Acount+Client+Oportunity with all the additional documentation added on it.

"Good value for the money"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Our company is small -- just four or five people use the CRM. Zoho's low cost is very helpful in that regard. Besides the low cost, what we like best about it is its robust searching capabilities. Another product we have tried -- but found wanting -- was HubSpot's CRM. Its search capabilities are primitive compared to Zoho's; theirs can only search for things in certain fields, whereas Zoho's can find the word you're searching for anywhere in a record. ...
