What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Price performance Support - it is prompt. Sometimes to prompt and they miss the point, but in average good experience.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? We get a few hundred leads every day from several different sources and before using CRM we distributed most of these leads to our sales staff by hand taking up a lot of time. Then we were never sure if our sales people called all these leads and how successful they were. After putting in the CRM system we were able to automate the leads and distribute them to our staff and track the results.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho to me - after about 10 weeks of usage - is a pretty productive tool. Best to me are plenty of Apps to enter leads, scan business cards, keep track and file attachments.

"Independent Amsoil Dealer"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? This is a CRM that is easy to use for a one computer, one person business. I especially like the ability to have my contacts on my smart phone when I am out in the field. This is the 1st software I've ever purchased where the vendor calls me to make sure that I'm getting started well.

"Zoho CRM Rocks Review"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Having used Zoho CRM since 2009, free, Professional and Enterprise versions...I know it well. It was easy to use, is very flexible and customizable for non-technical salespeole like myself. It is very easy to create different list views on-the-fly. Love the email integration and I've created numerous email templates for different prospect lists/campaigns.

"Record Year in Sales Thanks to ZOHO"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The ease and simplicity of the program and the way that the Zoho Team have continued to develop solutions around and integrated with the CRM. We utilize projects for clients and the Zoho meeting for training and presentations. From the mobile device the automated calling and tracking is Fabulous.
