"Good Basic CRM"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Good, basic CRM functionality for the price. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but it delivers good value for the price. Ability to integrate basic campaigns with Zoho Campaign add-on is a big plus.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love the ability to customize the system to look and feel like it is part of your business. I also love that it is a complete solution allowing you to do everything from sending emails to task management without leaving the interface. "Worst service ever! "
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? After using the trial for a day or so, it has alot of nice features for the price. However, that may not be enough to use it. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

"My best invest in 20 years "
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I really love the situation, that working in my current sales activities there is system that really supports me doing this complex job. The whole system is organized so smart and efficient! Probably many functions are covered by salesforce though I prefer ZOHO for its subtle design. It's more straight, pure, not so much screen candy.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? All companies need people but what small companies and even micro companies need is the ability to connect efficiently, establish information with a software CRM that is intuitive and reliable. Zoho works! All the time and you forget you're on a computer. You can build relationships, set tasks, events and follow ups easily, link in to all the social media you use and save your resources. It's great.
