What do you like best about Zoho CRM? You get a lot for the price. We went for the CRM-plus package and it's got more than we needed. It is highly editable.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It fitted our original need of an online CRM - easy to use and simple to administrate. A must for any small start up - but it does have it's limits

"Zoho Needs to Be Better Organized!"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? There are a lot of great features on Zoho that extend beyond just the standard CRM functions. Being able to run a variety of reports is definitely a great feature. I like the ability to customize a lot of things, and the new modules that constantly appear on the dashboard. Zoho has actually gotten better in the past couple of months in terms of both service and availability.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The free version is pretty good for ... free. Easy to use, fast to get up and running and I have found that you can customize many of the fields.
