What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is incredibly full-featured! The various tools provide lots of customization options (e.g. add custom values for pull-down menu items, etc.). The reporting capabilities are great! And the mobile version of the app provides great amount of functionality, and is easy to use (low barrier of entry)!

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The cost of the platform is more than reasonable compared to the value you get from it. It offers all of the basic tools you need when establishing a business and for someone like me who's just getting started it was exactly what I was looking for.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The CRM is easy to set up and manipulate in a way that fits the business' needs. With the ability to create fields, drag and drop to reorganize, and customize workflows, Zoho CRM is a great option for a small to medium size business with a simple sales process.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? ZOHO CRM grows with your business. Ok, what is that? Our company started using ZOHO CRM for free (isn´t that great?) so we were able to understand what it means to use CRM.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Simplicity of use is the hallmark of ZOHO CRM. It's clean and straight forward but allows significant modification. I have made significant modifications to suit my actual habits and usage. It is easy to modify the labels and workflow options.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM offers very flexible customization for it's price, and you won't need a specialist to deploy it. Customization is very straightforward, and you should be able to deploy this software for a team of less than ten in under two weeks.
