What do you like best about Zoho CRM? This product is direct and simple we chose to use it over salesforce just because the various abilities of it is absolutely amazing. This is easy to launch and easy for employees to use. Highly recommended

"ZOHO - A good starter CRM"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Out of the gate, we found it good for storing contacts and managing some of the daily communications in and out of the business. It's great to have integration with Gmail and other 3rd party apps/services. The goal was to keep everything under one roof and ZOHO allows us to do this in the initial 18-months of our business. The ability to BCC into the CRM is a great feature, so you never loose a conversation.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that it is quite configurable, it doesn't impose an organization on you. I like that I can do a traditional relational database search for (say) [brokers +/or bankers] that live in [Colombia or Peru or Venezuela].

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Flexibility: Like all businesses we had our list of needs, wants and desires. Zoho CRM scored the highest overall for our needs. The flexibility of fields, forms, reports, menus... and more, was the reason I passed on my first look. It seemed like I would have to do a lot of work to get it running. What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is easy, comfortable and even economic, what else do you want in a CRM. The contacts and schedules are easy to maintain and you can review your team performance any time.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is great for tracking and analyzing our sales cycle. The custom workflows help manage our processes, and the integration with other CRM apps like Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Survey, and Zoho Creator make this an all around winner for a small business like us.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love the simplicity of Zoho CRM. When i was carrying put my research on CRMS for my business, Zoho CRM was one that came up frequently and i can say that so far i have not been disappointed. I run a lot of social media campaigns and the integration of the features - leads, potentials, and campaigns make it possible for me to track where my highest volume of leads originates from which is very important for my business.
