What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It's very comprehensive and allows you add all the information you would need about a customer. For the most part, when I'm looking for an account/customer, I'm able to find them quickly in the database.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is a great CRM for your small business if you are just starting down the road to managing your sales process and you are looking for a product that won't break the bank, then Zoho is the right tool. It has a lot of features that you can take advantage of with the free version and if you decide you want to spend some cash, it has a huge number of advanced features.

"The Worst CRM Software I have ever seen."
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The good part is ease of using the product. You can start using this product quickly. I am comparing this with SalesForce. SalesForce is little complicated in learning.
