What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM allows me complete customization to meet the specific needs of my company. It is a platform for which I can innovate and expand with few limitations. It is affordable for the small business owner, yet still enables me to compete on the same level as my larger competitors.

"Lifeline for Sales and Marketing "
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is a very customizable, user-friendly tool and it puts all your sales activities in a perfect place. Very easy to track lead and client activities, where they are in their customer lifecycle and what we could do to enhance their experience. And all this at a very reasonable pricing. Their customer support is excellent!

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho has a suite of products including their CRM that provide flexible functionality for small businesses, start ups and non-profits at a fraction of the cost of those other guys. The CRM allows us to manage contacts, we host our email on their online server for no cost for up to 25 emails. The CRM grows with the company, so we can add functionality as needed.
