What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that it is affordable compared to other CRMs. It is easy to use, as long you are tech savvy. Personally, I find it very intuitive and the latest 2016 roll-out is amazing. It is a major upgrade, and was provided to existing users free of charge. I think the new 2016 CRM looks a lot like SalesForce, which is the industry leader in CRM software. "We use Zoho CRM to track potential students for our MS in Computer and Information Sciences"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It was very simple to get up and running with Zoho. We purchased 5000 names of students who took the GRE and specified they wanted to schools to reach out to them. We were up and running in a few minutes sending out email blasts to potential students.

"Your Company’s Solution for Sales"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I can see clearly which tasks are already resolved, which ones are going to be resolved soon and which tasks have some issues that need to be addressed soon. I can also see the amount of time needed for the tasks to be done.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? ZOHO CRM is part of an integrated suite that are simple and easy to use either together or alone. The CRM is at least as good as Salesforce for a fraction of the price.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho allows you to, fairly easily, create custom reports that can help you be more successful. The investment is very reasonable and their customer service is responsive and very good.

"Expansive yet maybe too expansive"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that Zoho is similar to a white board and almost any process flow can be created. The videos make it easy to follow along. I love the easy process of creating and testing all before putting it in to production. It also allows me to free up my development resources by creating features on my own.
