"A fun, fairly user-friendly option"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is very easy to keep multiple projects with multiple people organized. There are minimal technical glitches, and the layout is user-friendly.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho's new interface is easy to use and relatively straight forward. The system is fairly easy to create follow up appointments using email reminders and notification colors inside Zoho. The customer service aspect for Zoho is surprisingly very good as well. I've used the chat feature many times and found the representative to be knowledgable and patient with my questions. They also have the ability to shares screens within Zoho which is very helpful ...
