What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The best part of this product is that it can be used for free up to 10 users and extremely customizable. So you can just boost your business with the free tool. If you are a startup then definitely this tool is for you. Apart from this, it's simple and intuitive, anyone can use it without and training. So no special training is required to use this tool.

"Versatile if unsexy CRM"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is very versatile with a lot of control over things like labels and workflows. It takes a bit of setting up but when you have it working how you want it's pretty good. They have native mobile apps which is also great, although they could use an update to make them a little more modern and user friendly.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Coming from the Force of Sales, this was a welcome change. I really like the way that you can use almost all the same features as the other guys, at a much more reasonable cost. This tool lets me scale my small business in an easier way.
