"Worst SaaS Experience in 7+ years"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Customizability is the only positive I can think of. Do not use this software unless you need a free CRM; you will lose data, have ongoing problems with email (and phone, if you make the mistake of trying to integrate a phone system), and will not receive any modicum of customer service when you ask about said problems.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM and actually the entire suite have helped us organize our business and get on track. Our employees all work for home and it makes connectivity seamless.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Easy user interface, and it can sync with all of the other zoho modules, which makes things easier when your company takes advantage of that. I also like that is is web based so you can access it from anywhere
