"Worst SaaS Experience in 7+ years"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Customizability is the only positive I can think of. Do not use this software unless you need a free CRM; you will lose data, have ongoing problems with email (and phone, if you make the mistake of trying to integrate a phone system), and will not receive any modicum of customer service when you ask about said problems.
