"Helped us quite a bit but still a lot of room for improvement"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? There are a lot of opportunities for custumization that enable you to have very detailed contact information. I guess it's nothing special for a CRM system but it really helped our company to get our leads and contacts organised. Also the pricing is very reasonable.
