"Good tool to manage conversations with leads/clients"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is really great to organize te conversations you are having with your audience. They also have recently changed their interface, making it a lot more modern and it was a huge improvement, both in terms of design and UX.

"Motivated to use Zoho"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The overall UI is easy to scroll through. The chat feature is helpful when I need to speak with my teams in other countries without leaving the page. I like the ability to select and order KPI's. Viewing my entire sales pipeline gives us the insight to make educated decision to hone our forecasting.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is cloud based and part of an application suite designed to make business easier. Zoho CRM features integration with Gmail and Wordpress to allow for automation when working between the platforms. Zoho has a great team for customer support and they are available via phone and live chat for all paid users.
