"Outdated and not worth the trouble"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Well, it's cheap, and that's about it. Sad that I couldn't say more that I liked. I think the hard part is that I know a lot of systems and have used/implemented, etc many of them and Zoho is just not high in the list for me at all.

"A great platform for startups"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is a very friendly platform that has allowed me to manage not only my contacts, but also to easily clasify and organize them in different categories, as needed. I connects easily with other Zoho apps that I use.

"Salesforce.com functionality at a fraction of the cost "

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Rich feature-set CRM that is intuitive and very salesforce.com-like without the big price tag. Allows you to manage you entire sales process from lead through close to account management. Integrates well with Google Apps and Microsoft Office 365. Robust reporting capabilities and data views to group and filter records on the fly. Love that no programming knowledge needed!

"Small business CRM in the Zoho Realm of products"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? In the past few years, our company had built a system through SalesForce for dealing with support tickets, projects, calendars, etc. We used another software for accounting, none of which linked together at all. Not to mention we paid out the nose for our subscriptions.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love how easy it is to use this tool when you are starting out, even the free version has lots of options, with reminders, and inboxing, and notes, it really has all you need to remember when to follow up with folks and a place that you can store all their info so you don't have to remember everything for the follow up calls.

"Zoho review"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is a CRM that is useful to store notes, monitor pipeline activity, and develop organized sales pipeline. It is similar to sales force, but does lack an ease of use from my perspective. Otherwise, if you are looking for something not as expensive as Salesforce, it's a good option.
