What do you like best about Zoho CRM? IT is very easy to mange all the sales life cycle and get instantly information in the open potentials or the leads that are not conntacted yet, so you can focus in the rigth direction to grow your business. All the information you can overview in a single dashboard let you know how sales are running.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho has all the modules to address the various needs a small to medium size business needs. The CRM module integrates nicely with Projects, Campaigns, Help Desk and the others. Easy to learn and use and very powerful.

"Great and Easy"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? You can customize it per person and the lay out is easy to navigate. I like how it tells me when an account opens an email when I send through ZoHo. I like how I can link my phone to the events so when I call an account it tracks it automatically. I can customize my layout and add different fields to track/sort different accounts. For example - add a lead source to the trade show in Vegas so I know everyone I met there.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? ZOHO makes it exceedingly easy for me and my partners to access company documents, as well as collaborate on the same document without having to email or fax the document as it can accesses by all!

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I liked the customizable tools that you could build to automate different tasks. I also liked the ease of navigating within the pages. The fact that there is so many different things you can do with this tool is helpful as well.

"When you've got a million great features, sometimes you don't a single killer feature"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? As far as CRMs go, this is incredibly customizable, very stable, and features the ability to get super duper granular when it comes to assigning permissions for various fields. For example, on certain client accounts I can see 90% of the information contained in their listing (retainer amount, start date, Wordpress logins, etc.) but I can't see FTP credentials or server logins. This gives each department great control and provides an extra layer of security.
