"Simplified CRM for Small Business"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Easy to use interface. Can activate or de-activate different modules (such as marketing, email sync, etc). Easy to move potential clients through the pipeline with custom statuses. Configuration was much easier than Salesforce.

"Some apps are great!"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I currently use the invoicing feature in Zoho on a regular basis because it not only provides me with invoice templates, it allows me to easily share those invoices straight from the app with my e-mail contacts and can generate reports based on any parameters I set about what my income is during a certain time period.

"Great CRM Tool for Small Businesses"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is very easy to use. I'm a solopreneur, so there's not a lot of need to track others' actions, but it is nice to be able to look quickly at when my last contact was with a client or potential client. The fact that there's a free option makes it even better.
