What do you like best about Zoho CRM? There is a ton of functionality for the price. Zoho CRM makes it easy to deal with a large customer base. The recent upgrades have been wonderful. "Efficient, cheap, but not as easy to use as others"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like the pricing, which was the mean reason for adotpion. I find it extremely useful to track all activities done with customers/leads along years of sales actovoties

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It's pretty easy to use; self explanatory; reports are useful; easy to customize to your needs; easy onboarding simple and straightforward, learned the ins and out within hours of starting to use it.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Clean design, easy to learn and use, but actually a very sophisticated CRM solution behind the scenes, continuous improvements and features. Great integration with 30+ Zoho Apps, like Books, Inventory, Projects, Campaigns, Surveys and more.

"Zoho CRM hits above its weight class"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that Zoho CRM is aggressively priced, yet feature rich. We subscribe to the CRM Plus version, and it has more features and more customization options than we could ever use. Support has been capable and reasonably fast when we've needed help.

"Best Overall Company for backend programs"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Their family of products is perfect for a newer or small company. With so many companies trying to make sure they have everything and the kitchen sink to offer, Zoho has taken the best of the features and has made them available for their suite of programs.
