"Zoho CRM is an excellent tool"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Highly customizable. They let you change the CSS in Zoho Sites! Zoho CRM is highly customizable and just has amazing functionality. Zoho Systems integrate very well together so you can pick and choose which tools match your business needs and put them together. Zoho is always rolling out new functionality. Just yesterday they rolled out integration of Zoho Books with Square as a payment receiving application. I am Delighted.
