What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I would say that for ease of use Zoho would get a 9 in my book,. I was able to get up and running as a new employee in Zoho very quickly without any help from our IT team which is a lot better than some of the other solutions out there. Zoho keeps it simple and I enjoy that. What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho help me to integrates the accounts, contacts, opportunities & quotes in the single environment. earlier when we worked with excel, it need to put lot of efforts for followup the opportunities. now it become automated and we can able create the task for each opportunities. it will help us to identify what is pending to close the opportunities. the integration with google contacts works well.

"In short, an extremely expandable CRM for your business"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The customization and easy of use compared to other entry and mid level CRMs such as Insightly. This product encompasses some of the things I've tried in other high level products such as Sales force but does have a more user friendly feel to it. The Modules and Templates have been helpful to create custom processes that fit my business.
