What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I can easily add my custom fields in ZohoCRM and that helps me have better control over more aspects of my customer service, especially when having to answer to complex questions from my current and prospective customers.

"Didn't like the dynamic link to email"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It was great that you could link to an email account and see your emails but I was looking for the ability either to store emails permanently (even if you change email account) or link to more than one email account. Otherwise it was a good value solution.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? zoho crm is easy to use, learning curve is very fast, minimalist design, mobile application available, the dashboard is very clearly design and helful to get the most important notifications and information at the first glance
