"Didn't like the dynamic link to email"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It was great that you could link to an email account and see your emails but I was looking for the ability either to store emails permanently (even if you change email account) or link to more than one email account. Otherwise it was a good value solution.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The site allows you to create and manage lists, that our sales team uses to track hot prospects. They are then able to pass those contacts on to our marketing department, where we the continue to send nurturing emails in order to land the sale.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I liked the fact that I was able to do some A/B testing to start while developing my sales process, now I have a way better idea of what to expect and how to continue A/B testing.
