What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that zoho is easy to use, it requires little to no training. It's easy to record information, and the notes sync to the contact and to the account. We also utilize the call feature to find and sort called vs uncalled contacts and accounts. It's fairly easy to maintain accurate data, as the de-duplication portion is very easy to use. "Solid if you don't customize it too much"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is incredibly flexible and customizable, and for a LOT less than SalesForce. It also has tons of features (some obvious, others not so much) that are incredibly handy if you take the time to learn and understand how they work and interoperate, especially when you pay for the Enterprise version.
