"Decent Product, Ecosystem Strategy Makes It Challening"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is a solid CRM. It's pretty easy to use and scales with a small business as they (hopefully) become a bigger business. It has most of the CRM functionality that's commonplace in the market, and is pretty customizable. The pricing is reasonable as well.
