"Decent Product, Ecosystem Strategy Makes It Challening"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is a solid CRM. It's pretty easy to use and scales with a small business as they (hopefully) become a bigger business. It has most of the CRM functionality that's commonplace in the market, and is pretty customizable. The pricing is reasonable as well.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is one of the most well laid out CRM's on the market! Due to the ease of use and user friendly layout, we have a much higher engagement rate from the employees.
