"Value CRM with easy UI"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Switching from Salesforce to Zoho as a non-technical user was a breath of fresh air. I was able to set up the entire lead process and customizations without relying on expensive consultants and developers. There are plenty of apps that connect directly with Zoho and customer service is quick. Again, it might not have every possible configuration and integration but you can't beat the value and ease of use.

"Works well with the rest of the Zoho apps"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love the integration and how easy it was to set up. The integration is by far my favorite feature because it automates a lot of the information that flows between our help desk and other Zoho hosted apps.
