"Lacks a bit of Functionality"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It Organises the client lists and the leads for the product. We can easily colaborate with our staff which help them to do better at their jobs. Social Marketing made simpler by easily integrating to facebook and twitter.

"Good integrations but limited in scope and poor support/e-mail support"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? They have a wide range of products that integrate well. Being able to plug in Sales IQ and Desk was really handy. Having things like Chat integrated was also great.
