"Average CRM experience"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that Zoho is easy to use, it requires little to no training. It's easy to record information, and the notes sync to the contact and to the account.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I really like the "Feed" tool, which is basically a chatroom for all your employees. We used to email each other and now we can use this instead!

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Very inexpensive product. Like salesforce but without the cost. First 9 users are free and programs starting at $5 per user per month. You also get access to a host of other Zoho programs. I enjoy using the mobile app in the field. I currently have all sales, customer service and executives use the host programs provided by zoho.
